  1. Scope of Application
    These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all deliveries from Dieselmot SRL (hereinafter referred to as Dieselmot) to consumers.

  2. Contracting Party
    The purchase contract is concluded with Dieselmot, owner: Dieselmot SRL, Commercial Register: District Court of Liège.

  3. Conclusion of Contract
    The presentation of products in the online shop is an invitation to order. By clicking [Buy/Order for a fee], you place a binding order. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation via email.

  4. Right of Withdrawal
    Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. To exercise this right, please inform us [insert contact details] with a clear statement. You can use the sample withdrawal form provided on our website.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, within fourteen days. You must return the goods within fourteen days of notifying us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

    Prices include statutory VAT and other components.

  2. Delivery
    Delivery is made within Germany via Deutsche Post, DPD, and GLS, typically within one day.

  3. Payment
    Payment can be made in advance or via PayPal.

  4. Retention of Title
    The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

  5. Warranty
    Dieselmot is liable for defects in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

  6. Dispute Resolution
    The EU Commission provides an online platform for dispute resolution: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.
